Role Summary
As a Junior Project Manager at Sherpa, you will play a vital role in facilitating project execution and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance our recruitment services, ultimately impacting the experience of both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities
  • You will coordinate project activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of objectives.
  • You will communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
  • You will track project progress and prepare regular updates for management, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
  • You will assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • You will support the development of project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and accessible.
  • You will foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and idea sharing.
  • You will contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing insights and feedback from project experiences.
  • You will help in the onboarding and training of new team members, sharing best practices and project methodologies.
Required Qualifications
  • You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • You possess at least one year of experience in project management or coordination roles.
  • You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • You are proficient in project management software and tools.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • You have experience in the recruitment or human resources sector.
  • You hold a project management certification such as CAPM or PMP.
  • You are familiar with Agile project management methodologies.
  • You have experience working with AI technologies or software development projects.
